Eyelet Stripe Ensemble

A great texture to use with variegated yarns, accent with solids

Supplies:
1 Skein  Peaches & Creme™ knitting  worsted yarn variegated
1 Skein Peaches & Creme™ knitting  worsted yarn solid
1 Pair size 7 (US) single point needles
1 Pair size 7(US) double point needles
Tapestry Needle
Scissors


Cloths
You can border the cloth with a solid or knit all in variegated or solid. If you knit with a contrast border, create bobbins for border.

Cast On:
pattern is x 3+2
Small Cloth: 25 stitches
Medium Cloth: 34  stitches
Large Cloth: 40 stitches

Knit border for 1" then begin pattern.

Pattern:

Row 1 ( RS) : B4, knit, B4.
Row 2: B4, purl, B4,
Row 3: B4, k2,yf,k2tog,k1* B4.
Row 4: B4, purl, B4.

Stripe the cloth by changing yarn every 2 repeats of the pattern.
Knit pattern till a border distance away from desired length, knit border and bind off.
Weave in ends.


Back Scrubber

Cast On: 19  stitches
Knit border of garter or moss for 1".

Repeat the pattern above  till piece measures 14-19" in length.
Knit border and bind off all but 3 stitches. Knit I-cord for 9", bind off and sew to opposite side of scrubber. Cast on 3 stitches and knit I-cord for 9", bind off and sew to cast on side of scrubber.
